Venue Rental & Rehearsal Details
Choose a day and a rental window that give your celebration room to unfold. Venue rental and catering are priced separately, so you can plan both clearly.
Choose your celebration day
Monday–Thursday rentals are $2,800 and Sunday rentals are $3,200. Both include six hours for your event and a separate two-hour rehearsal. Saturday rental is $4,400, with Friday access for dress rehearsal and setup plus 15 hours for the Saturday event.
Plan the whole day
Think through getting ready, vendor arrivals, the ceremony, photographs, dinner, and dancing when choosing your rental window. Share your preferred schedule when you inquire so we can review how it fits your date.
Make rehearsal time useful
Use the rehearsal to walk through the ceremony entrance, where everyone stands, and how guests move afterward. For a Saturday celebration, Friday access also gives you time to prepare your setup.
What comes with the venue
Rental includes the bridal suite, groom’s cabin, ceremony and reception settings, tables and chairs, lighting, and guest amenities. An on-site host helps your event run smoothly. Madison Farm can host up to 250 guests; we’ll discuss a layout suited to your celebration.
